One trinomial that makes this into a perfect square is x2-x+1:

x2-x+1+11x+24=x2+10x+25=(x+5)2.

Other trinomials are possible, for example:

x2+x+12, which produces (x+6)2; x2-3x-8, producing (x+4)2.
