15(2z+1)^3 = 3 * 5 * (2z+1) * (2z+1) * (2z+1)

10(2z+1)^2 = 2 * 5 * (2z+1) * (2z+1)

25(2z+1) = 5 * 5 * (2z+1)

all three parts have 5 * (2z+1), so the greatest common factor is 5(2z+1)
