how to calculate a performance with various RPH and volume

While calculating staffs performance I ve to use volumes and rph to grade them for example a staff works on certain queue with a required RPH of 165 and hits a volume of 1000 nos and on another queue with a required RPH of 150 and hits a volume of 950 nos in 8 hrs.so how do we calculate the productivity of this staff

In 8 hours, there will be respectively 165×8=1320 requests and 150×8=1200 requests. Total requests=2520. The total volume=1000+950=1950.

Productivity=output/input=

(volume achieved)/(number of requests)=

1950/2520=65/84=0.7738 approx.
