Zero matrix is when each element of matrix, ie aij =0

and, kA = kaij for all i,j of matrix

and a matrix is skew symmetric if AT = -A

AT = -A = -1aij = 0

Therefore, A=0, so every square zero matrix is a skew symmetric matrix
