slope intercept form is basically just getting the y by itself:

Note:  the posted problem doesn't say = 0, but we're going to solve it that way

-6x + 3y + 18 = 0

3y + 18 = 6x

3y = 6x - 18

y = 2x - 6

that's slope intercept form
