slope = (-1/4), point (1,-2)

point-slope form:

y - y1 = m ( x - x1 )

y - -2 = (-1/4) ( x - 1 )

y + 2 = (-1/4)x + 1/4

y = (-1/4)x - 7/4

standard form:

(1/4)x + y = -7/4

x + 4y = -7
