Vertex is (-1,-2) and y intercept is (0,-5). There are no x intercepts. The axis of symmetry is x=-1.

In the form y+2=-3(x+1)²=-3(x²+2x+1)=-3x²-6x-3, y=-3x²-6x-5, we can see the vertex coordinates as the displacements of x and y from zero.
