It depends on how many numbers there are in the combination.

There are 562=3136 for pair combinations. There are 56n if there are n numbers to combine. These include repetitions, so the same number can appear more than once in a combination.

If duplications are not allowed the calculations are different. For a pair of numbers for example the number of combinations is often written as 56C2=56×55/2=1540, for a group of 3 in combination it's 56C3=56×55×54/(1×2×3)=27720. For n numbers it's 56Cn. If the order matters then we're into permutations rather than combinations. 56P3=56×55×54=166320, for example. And for n numbers the number of permutations is 56Pn.
