18=2*3^2; 20=2^2*5; 50=2*5^2; 45=3^2*5.

Expression becomes:

12(3sqrt(2))+6(2sqrt(5))-6sqrt(14)+3(5sqrt(2))+8(3sqrt(5))=

(36+15)sqrt(2)+(12+24)sqrt(5)-6sqrt(14)=

51sqrt(2)+36sqrt(5)-6sqrt(14).
