me assume thats spozed tu be

(-3/10)x -(2 & 3/7) =-4

same thang is (3/10)x + (2 & 3/7) =+4

or   0.3x =4 -(17/7)

=4- 2.428571429

=1.571428571

x=1.57... /0.3

x=5.238095238
