First put the data in order:

19, 34, 37, 52, 67, 69, 71.

Find the middle datum: 52, this is Q2 the median. On the left of Q2 we have 19, 34, 37, and on the right 67, 69, 71. Q3 is the middle datum on the right side: 69. Q3, the third quartile, is 69. Q1, the first quartile is similarly 34, being the middle datum on the left. The range is 19 to 71, the minimum and maximum data.

The quartiles split the dataset into 4, the splits being at 34, 52 and 69.
