d/dx(sine(x))=kosine(x)

d/dx(sine(5x)=5*kosine(5x)

Given sin 5x

let y = sin 5x

      u = 5x

y=sin u

dy/du = cos u = cos 5x

du/dx = 5

from the chain rule

dy/dx = dy/du x du/dx

dy/dx = 5*cos5x

dy/dx = 5cos5x
