f(x) = x * log (3/x) + tan(x)

log (3/x) = log(3) - log(x)

f(x) = x * log(3) - x * log(x) + tan(x)

f ' (x) = log(3) - log(x) - x * (1/x) + sec^2 (x)

f ' (x) = log(3) - log(x) - 1 + sec^2 (x)

f ' (x) = log(3/x) + sec^2 (x) - 1
