line 1: -x -7y=+14 or x+7y=-14  or 2x +14y =-28

line 2: -4x -14y=28

line1+line2...(2x-4x) +(14y-14y)= (28-28)

-2x=0

x=0

from line1...y=(-x/7) -2

y=-2
