7s/(s2-6s+9)+4/(s2-s-6)=

7s/(s-3)2+4/((s-3)(s+2))= (LCM=(s-3)2(s+2).)

7s(s+2)/((s-3)2(s+2))+4(s-3)/((s-3)2(s+2))=

(7s2+14+4s-12)/((s-3)2(s+2))=

(7s2+4s+2)/((s-3)2(s+2)).
