There is no greatest common factor, however Both 121 and 64 are perfect squares, so you can factor it down to (11r)^2 - (8t)^2, which can then factor down to (11r-8t)^2 which factors to (11r-8t)(11r+8t).  Correct me if I'm wrong, but i think this is right.
