Use synthetic division by dividing by 8:

8 | 1 -18  78    13

     1    8 -80 | -16

     1 -10   -2 |  -3 (remainder)

The quotient is x2-10x-2.

CHECK

(x-8)(x2-10x-2)-3=x3-10x2-2x-8x2+80x+16-3=x3-18x2+78x+13.
