No question has been asked!

If this is meant to represent a graph then its shape can be deduced.

y-intercept is 3/17 (that is, when x=0).

It has two vertical asymptotes (VA) and one horizontal asymptote (HA).

HA is y=0 (the x-axis).

The VAs are calculated by finding the zeroes of x2+21x+17:

x2+21x=-17, x2+21x+(21/2)2=(21/2)2-17=441/4-17=(441-68)/4=373/4,

(x+21/2)2=373/4, x+10.5=±√373/2=±9.6566 approx.

VAs: x=-0.8434 and x=-20.1566 (approx).
