m2+20m-91=4,

m2+20m=95, complete the square for the LHS:

m2+20m+100=100+95=195,

(m+10)2=195, take the square root of each side:

m+10=±√195=±13.96424 approx,

m=-10±13.96424, so m=3.96424 or -23.96424.
