Let I=∫(sec2(√x)/√x)dx.

Let y2=x, then 2ydy=dx, so:

I=∫(sec2(y)/y)(2ydy)=2∫sec2(y)dy=2tan(y)+C=2tan(√x)+C, where C is integration constant.
