20(w2+5w+2), which can be taken further to factorise irrationally:

20(w2+5w+25/4-25/4+2),

20((w+5/2)2-25/4+8/4),

20((w+5/2)2-17/4),

20(w+5/2-√17/2)(w+5/2+√17/2).

Zeroes are -(5-√17)/2, -(5+√17)/2.
