The actual answer is (26/17)/18=(13/17)/9=13/153.

But an estimate (rather than actual calculation) can be found be adjusting 26/17=52/34. 51=3×17, so 52/17≈3 and 34/17=2, so 26/17≈3/2 or 1.5. If we then divide this by 18 we get (3/2)/18=1/12. So an estimate would be 1/12. 153/13=12 approximately, confirming that (26/17)/18 = 1/12 as a rough estimate.
