I presume you mean:

            3x2   +4x   +5    

5x-3 ) 15x3+11x2+13x  -3

          15x3  -9x2

                   20x2+13x

                   20x2 -12x

                             25x  -3

                             25x-15

                                     12 remainder; quotient is 3x2+4x+5.
