(3m+1)/4=2-(3-2m)/6? Multiply both sides by 12:

3(3m+1)=24-2(3-2m), expand the parentheses:

9m+3=24-6+4m, separate the variable terms and the constant terms:

9m-4m=24-6-3=15

5m=15, m=15/5=3.
