Is the follow equation the addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, partition, reflexive, transitive, or substition property?

x=2 and y=5, then xy=10

Only answer I have found prior to this is an assumption of the transition property. However in a similar segment I have:

If <C = <D and <A = <D, then <A = <C which is an example of the transition property to it's definition. If a first quantity is equal (congruent) to a second quantity and a second quantity is equal (congruent) to a third quantity, then the first and third quantities are equal (congruent).

This is the subsitution property. Because you subsituted 2 for x and 5 for y. Hope this helps
