0.91 inch is 1 standard deviation from the mean, so Z=1, because (0.91-0.9)/0.01=1.

The probability for Z=1 in the normal distribution is 0.8413, that is, 84.13% probability of up to 0.91 inch diameter. That leaves 15.87% probability of diameter>0.91 in.
