Multiply through by 21 to get rid of the fractions:

7x-3y=21. To plot this graph, find the intercepts first.

x-intercept: set y=0 and solve for x: 7x=21, x=3 is the x-intercept, the point (3,0).

y-intercept: set x=0 and solve for y: -3y=21, y=-7 is the y-intercept, the point (0,-7).
