The sum of any two adjacent numbers goes in the next position but one.

3+2=5; 2+4=6; 5+6=11. Using this rule 1+1=2, 4+5=9.

The missing numbers are 1 and 9:

1, 1, 3, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11.
