How do a graph a solution of two unknowns with no known connection between the two, only  the two values?

The problem (y = -3, x = 6) is the solution already (y = -3, x = 6).

To graph it, put a horzontal line at y = -3 and a vertical line at x = 6.  The point where they cross (6, -3) is the solution.
