cosθ=1-θ2/2!+θ4/4!-θ6/6!

If θ=4x, this becomes: cos(4x)=1-16x2/2+256x4/24-etc.

1-cos(4x)=16x2/2-256x4/24+etc.=8x2-64x4/6, so:

(1-cos(4x))/(9x2)=8x2/9x2=8/9 as x→0.
