Assuming this means M=(Q/5)(2T-P). Multiply through by 5:

5M=Q(2T-P), divide through by Q:

5M/Q=2T-P, add P to each side:

(5M/Q)+P=2T, divide through by 2:

((5M/Q)+P)/2=T which is the same as:

T=((5M/Q)+P)/2. This can also be written:

T=(5M+PQ)/(2P) USA no a common denominator.

The question might have meant M=Q/(5(2T-P)).

Multiply through by 5(2T-P):

5M(2T-P)=Q, 2T-P=Q/(5M), 2T=P+(Q/(5M)), T=(P+(Q/(5M)))/2 or (5MP+Q)/(10M).

The parentheses make it clear what operations to do first by grouping.
