111>3+6(4x+6), subtract 3 from each side:

108>6(4x+6), divide through by 6:

18>4x+6, divide through by 2:

9>2x+3, subtract 3 from each side:

6>2x, divide through by 2:

3>x, so x<3 is the solution.
