(2x^3 y^2) (x^2 y) ^4 over (-4x^-4 y)^-6

(2x^3 y^2) (x^2 y) ^4   now factor

(-4x^-4 y)^-6

add exponents when multiplying them

2x^3 y^2 x^(2*4) y^4

-4^-6 x^(-4*-6)  y^(-6)

negative exponents flip

2x^11y^6 * -4^6 y^6

x^24

subtract exponents when you divide

8192 x ^11 y^6

x^24

8192 y^6

x^13
