-5.2m+5.1-0.6m=1.4-5.8m+3.7, separate the variables and the constants:

-5.2m-0.6m+5.8m=1.4+3.7-5.1 (notice sign changes as terms are moved from one side of the equality to the other),

m(-5.2-0.6+5.8)=0, 0=0 because all the terms cancel out, therefore the equation is true for all values of m.
