You have to solve for Y for one which i don't know which one to do, then you have to plug it in for substitution but i dont really understand how to do that....anybody have any idea's?

{-5x+y=-4, 4x-4y=16}

y=5x-4

--> 4x-4(5x-4)=16

     4x-20x+16=16

     -16x+16=16

      -16x=0

        x=0

y=5(0)-4

y=0-4

y=-4
