8(3x²+4x-1)(2x-3)³+(6x+4)(2x-3)⁴=

(2x-3)³(24x²+32x-8+12x²-10x-12)=

(2x-3)³(36x²+22x-20)=

2(2x-3)³(18x²+11x-10)=

2(2x-3)³(9x+10)(2x-1).

(The zeroes are 3/2, -10/9, ½.)
