ℒ{tsin(at)}=2as/(s2+a2)2, so if a=4, ℒ{tsin(4t)}=8s/(s2+16)2, therefore:

tsin(4t)=8ℒ-1{s/(s2+16)2} and ℒ-1{s/(s2+16)2}=⅛tsin(4t).
