abs(6x-8) +5 < 9

abs(6x-8) < 4

abs(3x-4) < 2

anser 1...  3x-4 <2,  3x <6, x <2

anser 2...-(3x-4) < 2 or -3x +4 < 2,  -3x < -2, -x < -2/3,   x> +2/3
