Assume this is (-4/5)m+3>7. Multiply through by 5:

-4m+15>35; -4m>20; 0>20+4m; -20>4m. Divide through by 4: -5>m or m<-5.

Alternatively: (-4/5)m>4; divide through by 4: -m/5>1; -1>m/5; -5>m or m<-5.
