log(2x+1) -log(x-9)=1

log[(2x+1)/(x-9)]=1=log(10)

(2x+1)/(x-9)=10

(2x+1)=10(x-9)

2x+1=10x-90

10x-2x=91

8x=91

x=91/8=11.375
