Serve for 12

1½ cup Pretzels                                                                                                                    2 3/4 cups cereals                                                                                                                1 1/8 cup peanuts                                                                                                             1/3 margarine                                                                                                                   5/32 cup soy sauce

For 30 people she have to increase it to  30/12 = 15/6 = 2.5

1 ½ x 15/6 3/2 x 15/6 45/12 → 3 3/4 cup Pretzels                                           11/4 x 15/6 → 165 / 24 → 6 7/8 cup cereals                                                                   1 1/8 x 15/6 = 165 / 48 → 3 7/16 cup peanuts                                                              1/3 x 15/6 = 15/18 → 53/64 magarine                                                                          5/32 x 15/6 = 75/192 → 25/64 cup soy sauce
