This is an equation for the resistance of a thermistor over temperature.  I need to put this into a PID loop, and correct it to match a similar equation as I cannot change the current code.

The other equation is R=10,000/expB(1/298-1/T) T is in Kelvin.  The code is written for this equation.  I need to read this answer, and correct for it with the other equation to get the actual number for R.
