A fault in the system prevents me from loading pictures so I'll provide a table and description of cobwebbing in this case. N is shown with 9 decimal place accuracy.

ITERATION N
0 2
1 3.8
2 4.52
3 4.808
4 4.9232
5 4.96928
6 4.987712
7 4.9950848
8 4.99803392
9 4.999213568
10 4.999685427
11 4.999874171
12 4.999949668

 HOW TO COBWEB

Draw the graph y=x. This is line is a guide to creating the cobweb.

Also draw y=0.4x+3. Call this g(x).

On the x-axis, mark (2,0). This is N₀=2.

In the above table we can see consecutive iterations of N.

Mark the point A(2,2) on the reference line. Extend this line to meet g(x) at B(2,3.8).

Mark the point C(3.8,3.8) on the reference line.

Join AB and BC to make the first step of the cobweb.

Using the next iteration of N repeat the process to get the next step.

Continue creating steps till they’re too small to draw.

You will note that you soon reach the point (5,5). That completes the cobweb.
