It's substitution. For some reason my answer keeps coming out wrong. I managed to figure out x = 4/3 and I substituted x in the equation 3x - y = 2 as 3(4/3) - y = 2. I think I'm messing up when it comes to multiplying the fraction however.

3*(4/3)-y=2

-y +4=2

-y=2-4=-2

y=+2
