2/3(5n-1)=-3/5(n+2)

Multiply both sides by a number that will eliminate both
denominators: in this case, multiply by 15

(15)*(2/3)*(5n-1) = (15)*(-3/5*)(n+2)
(5)*(2)*(5n-1) = (3)*(-3)*(n+2)
10*(5n-1) = -9*(n+2)
50n - 10 = -9n - 18
50n + 9n = 10 - 18
59n = -8
n = -8/59
