First pattern:

2nd no. = 4
4th no. = 4 + 3 = 7
6th no. = 7 + 3 = 10
8th no. = 10 + 3 = 13
10th no. = 13 + 3 = 16

Second pattern:

3rd no. = 1st no. + 2nd no. = 1 + 4 = 5
5th no. = 3rd no. + 4th no. = 5 + 7 = 12
7th no. = 5th no. + 6th no. = 12 + 10 = 22
