⅔k-(k-½)=⅙(k-51)

⅔k-k+½=⅙k-17/2

-⅓k+½=⅙k-8½

-⅓k+9=⅙k

9=⅙k+⅓k=⅙k+²⁄₆k=½k so k=18.
