5/1 devided by 3 1/3.

3 1/3 = 10/3

multiply 5/1 by the reciprical of 10/3

5/1 x 3/10

5 x 3 =15 which is the nominator

1 x 10= 10 which is the denominator

15/10 simplified = 3/2 or 1 1/2
