line 1: 2x+3y =11

line 2: 3x-3y=-21

add 2 lines: 5x=-10

x=-2

put this in line 1...-4+3y=11

3y=15

y=5

Combinations of the given equations will be:

2X+3y=11....(1)

3x-3y=-21.....(2)

add both equations

 

5x=-10

x=-2

put the value of x in the in equation(1)-y=5.
