3 + 3.2x^2 - 16.83x - 5.31 = 0
3.2x^2 - 16.83x - 2.31 = 0
320x^2 - 1683x - 231 = 0
 

This cannot be factorised, so you will need to use completing the square, or the quadratic formula.
